APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS ARE SIMPLE:
-Notify UPN by phone or email of your intent to submit an application
-Return a completed copy of the Entry Form* along with a written description of the following (400 word maximum for each):
Project Mission Statement & Description Justification & Goals (with specific metrics, if possible) Overall Project Timeline Description (ie conceptualization to project ‘launch’) Detailed Project Accomplishments & Benefits (with measurable achievements, where possible)
An entry fee is also due, which must be included with each submission.

Project must have been ‘live’ for a minimum of 3 months. Inclusion of supporting materials is permitted, however materials cannot be returned. Award category titles are subject to change and combination. Portions of winning entries will be used for an article highlighting winning projects. Third parties may submit nominations, but the Metering Awards Program will only grant awards to utilities, not vendors – subsequently a utility employee must sign the entry form to acknowledge agreement with entry form terms. Entries that do not meet all application requirements will not be considered.
